I was driving
With Marcela and Marta
After the concert by car home...

On his way from Vrchlabí, Michal Malátný accidentally runs into a road worker who gives him the task of driving his strange car. The car is driving furiously through towns, meadows and forests... The car is showering the whole world with endless amounts of road grit, just like the fairy tale "The Magic Porridge Pot". Another clip directed by Pavel Sadylek. Year 2006.

FILMING

The filming that Pavel Sadílek wished for and the film production subsequently arranged in the field, just below the top of Mount Ještěd, was also very entertaining. In the evening, amidst the freezing weather, several dozen fans of the band Chinaski came to support the clip and created an unforgettable warm atmosphere with grog flowing until the morning hours.

The Trumpet Turbo Car

I was inspired to design the car by the czechoslovakia movie "Joachim, Put Him into the Machine! (1974)" made up of strange pipes and trumpets. Only in this case, the car produces a pile of gritty material in addition to sound. I created the design and the 3D model. The animation was done by Pavel Sadílek.

3D Environments

I photographed the environments that appear in the clip in Liberec, Jested, Chrastava and the surrounding area. With the help of photoreconstruction I then converted these environments into 3D space, in which we placed the 3D Turbo car, which was then animated by Pavel and combined into the whole story of the clip.
